The app supports EPUB ebooks and MP3/M4B audiobooks. You can also import directly from cloud storage services like iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or Google Drive through the Files app.
Yes, 100%. Continuum works entirely offline. All your books, audiobooks, reading progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. No internet connection is ever required after the initial download from the App Store.

Chapter structures sometimes differ between ebook and audiobook editions. The sync wizard lets you map chapters flexibly — you can skip chapters, map multiple book chapters to a single audio chapter, or leave some unmapped. The synchronization works at the chapter level, so minor differences in chapter breaks won't affect your experience.
